Role Purpose
To serve as a bridge between the technology accelerator and the Arab entrepreneurial community in Israel; to expand the pool of potential entrepreneurs; to build strategic partnerships; and to increase awareness of the acceleration program, the Galilee Society, and the opportunities they offer to early-stage Arab tech entrepreneurs.

Key Responsibilities & Main Areas of Activity
1. Community Building & Network Expansion (40%)
- Identify and recruit potential entrepreneurs from the Arab community in Israel and grow the Arab tech community under the ScienTech brand.
- Establish connections and collaborations with entrepreneurship communities, incubators, accelerators, and innovation centers in Israel.
- Build a database of entrepreneurs, experts, mentors, and potential investors from the Arab sector.
- Support entrepreneurs in the application process and remove barriers to participation.
2. Representation & Exposure (30%)
- Actively participate in conferences, seminars, and networking events in the fields of technology and innovation.
➤ A detailed report must be submitted to the Accelerator Director after each event. - Organize and lead exposure/introductory sessions about the accelerator for various target groups (academia, municipalities, community organizations).
3. Strategic Partnerships (20%)
- Build relationships with Arab local authorities and identify collaboration opportunities.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions (universities, colleges) in the Arab community.
- Connect with government organizations and relevant support bodies.
4. Events & Activities (10%)
- Initiate and organize networking meetups, workshops, and introductory sessions for potential candidates.
- Participate in accelerator events and represent the community’s perspective.
- Coordinate field visits and meetings with entrepreneurs in different regions.
Requirements
Mandatory
- Native Arabic speaker + high-level Hebrew (English is a strong advantage)
- Proven entrepreneurial experience – founder or co-founder of a startup (does not need to be active currently)
- Deep familiarity with the Arab tech/entrepreneurial landscape in Israel
- Strong network in the Arab business/entrepreneurial community
- Charisma, excellent communication skills, and ability to engage audiences
- Flexibility for travel and non-conventional hours (evenings, events)
Preferred
- Experience working with municipalities or government bodies
- Experience in community building or community management
- Strong digital presence on social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok)
Success Metrics (KPIs)
- Number of entrepreneurs who applied through the ambassador (Target: 15–20 per year)
- Number of events/meetings organized (Target: 20–25 per year)
- Number of new strategic partnerships formed (Target: 3–5 per year)
- Quality & relevance of applicants (rate of acceptance to the accelerator)

1. Community Management & Entrepreneur Relations (30%)
- Ongoing support for entrepreneurs in the program – first point of contact for any need
- Create a meaningful experience: onboarding, progress tracking, needs assessment
- Organize internal networking opportunities and facilitate peer connections
- Build community cohesion: WhatsApp groups, newsletters, updates, communication
- Collect feedback and implement improvements
- Address challenges or conflicts raised by entrepreneurs
2. Content Creation & Communication (25%)
- Write social media content in Arabic and Hebrew (posts, stories, announcements)
- Conduct interviews and develop success stories / inspiring narratives
- Write monthly newsletters for the community and partners
- Create simple visual content (Canva): flyers, graphics, event visuals
- Document events and activities (basic photo/video, recaps)
- Work with media outlets: draft press releases and coordinate interviews
3. Daily Operations & Logistics (25%)
- Calendar management and meeting coordination (team, mentors, entrepreneurs)
- Booking meeting rooms, managing physical spaces, logistics support
- Register participants, send reminders, track attendance
- Coordinate with suppliers (catering, equipment, printing)
- Manage workshop/event registration systems
- Maintain documents, presentations, and training materials
4. Event Management (15%)
- Plan and execute accelerator events: workshops, demo days, kick-offs, networking
- Full logistical responsibility: venue, equipment, catering, invitations, signage
- Manage participant lists and registration flow
- Coordinate guest speakers, mentors, and lecturers
- Document events and produce post-event content
5. Administration & Organizational Support (5%)
- Prepare periodic reports for the Accelerator Director
- Manage documents, contracts, and agreements
- Assist with operational budget management & invoice processing (basic level)
Requirements
Mandatory
- Native Arabic speaker + high-level Hebrew (reading, writing, fluent speaking)
- Excellent writing skills in both languages (journalistic, engaging, professional)
- Full computer proficiency: Office, Google Workspace
- Experience managing social media (min. 1 year) + basic analytics understanding
- Strong organizational skills, multitasking, and prioritization abilities

About GrowOnNetGen
GrowOnNetGen is a pioneering educational program that brings the world of entrepreneurship and innovation to schools in the Arab community. We believe that every student can be an entrepreneur, and it starts with early education in entrepreneurial thinking, problem-solving, and creativity.
Purpose of the Role
To lead the implementation of GrowOnNetGen’s entrepreneurship program in Arab schools, starting from recruiting schools and presenting the program to them, through training teachers and students, to close accompaniment throughout the entire learning process. The instructor will be the program’s ambassador in the field and will bring the entrepreneurial spirit to classrooms.

Independent Contractor – freelance/self-employed (not an employee)
Position Scope
Flexible part-time position – approximately 40-60% (2-3 days per week on average, depending on the number of schools)
Work volume is flexible and adapted to the number of participating schools and the seasonality of the academic year.

Main Responsibilities and Areas of Activity
- School Recruitment and Partnerships (25% of time)
In collaboration with and under the guidance of the CEO:
- Identify and recruit suitable Arab schools to participate in the program
- Meetings with school principals and presenting the program, benefits and added value for students
- Build long-term relationships with educational teams and local authorities
- Track and retain existing schools – ensure satisfaction and continued collaboration
- Logistical coordination with schools: setting dates, organizing classrooms, coordinating equipment
- Represent the program at educational events, study days and educator forums
- Training and Delivering the Entrepreneurship Program (50% of time)
Under the guidance and supervision of the CEO:
- Teacher training: preparing the teaching staff to deliver the program independently or in collaboration with the instructor
- Delivering workshops and sessions to students: direct classroom instruction on entrepreneurship topics, creative thinking, building business models, product development
- Accompanying entrepreneurial projects: supporting and mentoring students in developing their ideas and projects
- Adapting learning materials: editing and adapting materials for different target audiences (ages, levels)
- Organizing highlight events: entrepreneurship days, competitions, presentation evenings for the community and parents
- Creating meaningful experiences: making learning inspiring, enriching and enjoyable
- Management and Monitoring (15% of time)
- Documentation and report preparation: periodic reports to the CEO on program progress in each school
- Collecting feedback: from students, teachers and school administrations – what works, what to improve
- Managing schedules: monthly and annual planning of meetings and activities in each school
- Maintaining ongoing contact with the CEO for coordination, consultation and problem-solving
- Continuous Development and Improvement (10% of time)
- Identifying opportunities for improvement of the program and adapting it to changing needs
- Continuous learning: participating in training, reading and staying updated in the world of education and entrepreneurship
- Knowledge sharing: contributing new ideas for program development
Position Requirements
Essential
Entrepreneurial Background:
- Proven entrepreneurial experience – founder, partner, or actively involved in a startup or independent business
- Deep understanding of the entrepreneurial world: what it means to be an entrepreneur, the challenges, required skills
- Ability to convey personal experience: tell authentic stories and serve as a living example
Educational Background:
- Experience delivering training, workshops or lectures – doesn’t need to be a certified teacher
- Ability to connect with children and youth – instruct in an interesting, inspiring and respectful manner
- Patience, empathy and explanatory ability at a high level
Languages and Skills:
- Native Arabic speaker – mandatory!
- Hebrew at good level – for communication with various parties in and outside the organization
- English – advantage
Personal Skills:
- Complete independence: ability to work without close supervision, take initiative and solve problems
- High mobility: willingness to travel to different schools in different areas
- Driver’s license and vehicle – mandatory!
- Flexibility: ability to adapt yourself to different environments, different audiences and changes in planning

- Number of recruited and active schools: annual target per agreement with CEO

- Student attendance and participation rate: at least 85% average attendance
- Teacher and principal satisfaction: semi-annual survey – target 4.2/5 and above
Outcome Metrics:
- Number of entrepreneurial projects developed: each class should produce at least 3-5 projects
- Improvement in students’ entrepreneurial skills: measurement before and after the program
- Continuity: schools continuing the program next year as well
